Illinois Precast Concrete Association is a state-wide trade association made up of precast concrete producers and companies that supply them.
Founded in 1949, IPCA formed as a group of concrete septic tank manufacturers. Since that time the product lines have expanded to include manholes, catch basins, grease traps, burial vaults, steps, concrete countertops, brick and block, architectural and much more.

The Strength of concrete increases over time, Precast Concrete’s superior strength, ease of installation and lower on-going maintenance means Lower Lifetime Costs. Precast Concrete’s resistance to Buoyancy makes it ideal for below grade applications. Precast Concrete is a Green building product made of Environmentally safe materials. Precast Concrete is Durable, studies have shown that it can provide a service life in excess of fifty years.
Mission Statement
(1) To provide a forum for statewide communication of precast producers.
(2) To provide business support, industry relationships and the exchange of information, while taking a leadership role in the promotion of the precast industry.
